Question, I have the biopure frozen daphnea cubes. The best by date is 11/2019. They have always been frozen. It is going to take me through 2020 to use up the remaining 8 blister packs. Is there nutritional degradation going on in the frozen state? What else contributes to food decline while frozen?

Yes. I wouldn't advise using any food that has past its date. Whether that be best before or use by date. Frozen dried or fresh, I wouldn't use past the stated date on any feed. For me or my fish. It's not so much the nutritional info degradation that concerns me. More the nature of anything biological to become toxic over time.
