Frozen or Live?

Frozen for larger fish. Live for baby fish.

I switched to magic pearls (super fine powdered) from bbs and have had great luck even with tiny fry.

I'm a big fan of live food but don't feed brine... Red wigglers, earthworms, superworms, moths, crickets are all awesome

I dont really have the problem with brine, but once feeding Live earth/blood/black made my cichlids extremely aggressive with one another.

I mean they instantly which their personality, something like first blood turn werewolf, took days of vegi diet to clam things dwn...

Anyone this experience?
