frozen?

hey guys i was wondering should i leave the fish fillet frozen or unfrozen before i fed my fish???!

wtf exactly is a fish fillet that you are feeding?

Defrost it feeding it frozen will drop your fish's core temp (if is a big piece or fed to fish that don't tend "chew" their food" and could cause it to get sick.

Let usable pieces of the fillet sit in a container of water from your tank for a few minutes to soften before dropping in.
