Thanks for the input. The 46g is for my flowerhorn, Im just using it as med tank because the turtle comes before my flowerhorn. The white spots on the flippers are already going away, only some spots left on the flippers and tip of the nose. I would have used your salt bath, but didnt know how much salt to use and wanted to put her on meds ASAP. The turtle is going into my 170 when it heals up.
