Cuz its confusing enough as it is, saying people can sell them if they have the papers will just get things complicated. We have rules, they are simple to follow...but some people don't...thats why we have to close the threads.

Hobbyists can rest easy (for now, anyway). I checked all court records concerning FRTs in the US and never has an end-user (customer/hobbyist) been arrested, indicted, or otherwise penalized for owning an FRT. All cases involve smugglers, importers, and distributors.
