Fruit?

Are there any fruit you can feed RTCxTSNs? I'm curious to know so I can suppliment his diet with them when he gets larger.

mine eats banana.. they will eat just about anything just make sure you dont feed them the same thing all the time or they will become acustomed to it.
 
Mine is only about 3" right now, so I was thinking in the future. It would only be a treat like suppliment, as you said I don't want him getting acustomed to eating it daily.
 
Mine currently is on a diet of wild caught worms, but I am picking up some tilapia and blood worms this week. He eat about 2-3 worms a day, which for his size is amazing, he's a real oinker.

RTCs and TSNs do eat fruit in the wild once their adults. many zoos incorperate orange slices and papaya in their display tank feedings. i have a vid somewhere, ill try and find it.

Thanks bro. Hmmm gonna ask some one at home to try this weekend. I suppose it should have some nutritional benefits cos i have been feeding them flesh only ...
 
i have 2 at about 12" and they refuse to eat fruit. ive tried it on em multiple times and different fruit and they just let it sit
