frustrated with my cat

ok im sure im not the first one who has a cat and a fish tank and gets mad at the cat my cat constantly jumps up and hits my fish tank and today he almost knocked it clean off the stand anyone else have this problem? anyone know how to keep him from doing this?

How big is your cat or how small is the tank for the cat to almost knock it over?...My cat likes to drink from the top of one of my tanks but is otherwise harmless to it.

.....or have a spray bottle ready and the next time the cat tries his/her jumping stunt give a few squirts.

There is something called a window, they work good for throwing cats out of... 3rd or 4th floor should work good.

My cat is afraid of the fish tank and the fish. I think she's afraid we'll make her swim like we do when we're at the lake.

That's why I always try to make sure my smaller tanks are well out of reach of my cats.

My suggestion is to buy a bigger tank. Go big or go home right.
