I put some tape sticky side up on the top of mine - haven't had a problem since Kitty doesn't like tape.

Spray bottle will work. When she jumps on the tank, squirt her in the face. It's harmless, but feels horrible (it's also used with with children who hurt themselves on purpose, a few sprays in the face and it seems to make them stop).

Heck, one of my 29s and the cat food dish is on the same table, seems to keep the kitties and the fish both amused. You might wanna reinforce your stand/tank if a kitty can knock it over though...
