So whats the deal in Socal is there like a tank factory on every block. Once a month does the govenator send you free one. People on the east coast would be asking 200 + plus for a tank and stand, I never wanted to live in California until I joined this site.

haha turn key, lucky you! i'm not rolling in dough so we had to settle for the next best thing, a simple fixer upper. i've gotta swing by with jeffro one day and check it out. same with you, we'll be having some get-togethers soon, you guys are always welcome...
 
i dont know about rolling in dough hahaha ... it's nothing special, just a simple clean home ... no where as good as a location as you bro ... fixer uppers are the way to go these days ... if i was still in FL i would had done exactly what you are doing but since i dont have any hook ups here in socal, had to make due with what i can get haha ... yeah bro ... let's plan something at both homes haha
