Oh my god, so many cheap tanks being offered up in california!!! I should just rent an apartment for 6 months and a big storage unit or a few also for 6 months and just wait it out and pick up as many tanks as I can in those 6 months then transport them back home myself. The costs of 6 months worth of tanks for great deals should outweigh the costs to get them back home.
