O2 tanks are easy to rent, go to a gas company that rents or fills O2, acetaline and such. They rent them cheap with a deposit for the tank return.
You can get a 15 pound tank for cheap. Around here I get mine from Ozark Gas. Use what you need and just return the tank.....

I spoke to my lfs and they'll package everything for me so all I gotta do is slap on a label
