Yes, they are just a nuisance in all but the largest home aquariums (600g+). They are clumsy, will nip at tankmates, and get huge.ninjastar;4118783; said:

If you live in an inner-city apt, you don't get a pet pony. If you have a 55 gallon tank you don't get a pet pacu.
