posting online doesn't require the vender to ship...he just dont want to be bothered with fish arriving dead by accident and dealing with it...
don't ding good sellers on the forums just because they don't want to do business outside their immediate area...

MAYBE HE DOESNT WHAT TO RISK A DOA. OR HEAR COMPLAINING THAT THE FISH IS A 1/2 INCH SMALLER THEN DESCRIBED. OR REFUND A DOA WHEN THE BUYERE DOESNT FOLLOW THE TERMS OF SALE. CAN BLAME THE GUY

I sold quite a few things here and on other sites and I refuse to ship because it is a hassle for me and I'm not going to guarantee live arrival...
