Might be interested in this set. I live in SD. How far away are you from San Diego? Just got a new job and might be able to purchase it with my first paycheck.

I think everyone is just short on cash, or moving. There's a lot of good sales because people are having 'out of the hobby sales' to free up their incomes or go on vacation or whatever. I'm just moving and my new place is too small.
