bump for a nice looking specimen! Out of curiosity, what is it feeding on and how often daily?

Thanks alot! Right now im feeding mostly massivore pellets twice a day. I drop a few in before work and before i go to bed. To this i feed blood worms, shrimp, and nightcrawlers but a little less often than the pellets. Before it was mostly the other way around until he took more to the pellets. I have to assume you have a few of your own:) what are you feeding?

Pretty much the same, but I don't use massivores. They are in with my large clown loach shoal and dats. African aros are a pretty majestic looking fish. Mine are all under 9". Very sensitive buggers they when small and definitely not for everyone for a growout project. Much much 100x easier to take care of when a little bigger. Somebody in your area should jump on this at this size!

Thanks again. If no one buys him he'll go in a larger tank. I like him a lot and waited all year to get him but had to make the painful decision to downsize. Im just not sure of how he'll handle the competition for food with other very hungry fish. Right now hes in a tank with only 1 other tank mate...a puffer that has no trouble staying in one place at times haha so ill see soon!

I'm in no position to get him yet, but if I was, I'd be happy to have this beautiful fish.

Free bump. :)
