I Highly doubt that it will be cancelled. The weather here has cleared, and streets are good. I would be more worried from your end.

I am setting the 10 up now using a cultured filter (HOB) and water from my 125.
All Glass, no Gravel or anything.

That will work. I would try and keep it covered, big fish - little tank, usually makes for an exciting day. But that fish should be fine in there as long as the temp is good and the water has some oxygen in it.
