I did have to go in a few times and you can almost swim in it.
The heating system is also so efficient that when it got like 40 degrees I left the door open and it was just as cold inside garage and the tank only went down 3 degrees. Its was steaming like a hot spring pretty neat.
 
All reasonable offers will be taken into considerations.If you have the money and want a big tank ask me ,you never know what I might say

How much for the stumps?

Stumps are only with the tank as I am sure the new owner would want them.

After you tie the knott it will only get harder to get a MONSTER TANK.....jump on this deal also....If you can't fit it through your door we can knock the wall out by your garage. Bro, I'm pretty good with drywall and framing. We can patch it back up after we get the tank inside your house......DO IT MAN..... DO IT !
