If somebody wants to step in and take control of it ,once I get my money I can assure somebody will get the tank and I will go through with my part .The problem is with the fish cause I do not want to ship the goliath if the buyer is not local.

Thats on them bro...if they want to participate in a raffle that is 100% totally pick up...then they are the ones to deal with it (or go through Rich's Oddball Fish and Shipping). We can get a mod to gauge interest in the local users to see if we would have enough first...then mix in the out-of-towners. Heck, if we have enough people...we could even lower the entry amount! I'm a freakin' GENIUS!!! Now on to world domination.
 
It would definalty be worth it to have it shipped .I will post filter pics today .

Yeah my garage is my fish room .When buyer gets they will be happy its in my garage :)
