An even wider range of temps for these guys. I've heard as low as 36dF and up to 93dF they will still survive at. Mine have been up to 90 and down to 40.Gr8KarmaSF;1752067;1752067 said:Sounds good, im excited to learn more about these guys. When you say "like goldfish" does this include temperature wise too?
It will be possible to mail you some shrimp. However, it will be 3 day shipping.captain.cerezo;1753186;1753186 said:awesome thanks a bunch
I keep them with some other shrimp, and some killifish. Of course when you end up with 100-200 shrimp in a 20 they produce an amazing amount of poo.cassharper;1755715;1755715 said:So do you keep these shrimp alone in a planted tank? I would like to start a ship only colony in a heavily planted tank but I don't want to have to dose things like nitrate seeing as how I don't think the shrimp would produce enough of these things.
I suppose I could add some dither fish, but that wouldn't be near as awesome.
