How would my other fishes do with a payara? I have 2 CKs, 1 P. bass, 1 indo, 1 widebar, and 1 red belly pacu. All of them are under 4 inches. The smallest is the widebar being 2 inches.

Well if they are all small, then the payara should be ok but some of those fish such as the pbass, Ck, and pacu might outgrow the payara and eat it but if your asking would they get along then yes they should for a little while until your fish start to get big...
