I know they're no size limit on striped bass, but is it legal to keep them captive? If so, how'd you do it because they're not really tough fish. They don't transfer well from fishing trips to home unless you caught them and left for home right away.

But I'd love to see some pics

This can't be right in California, limit is 10 per day I think and there is no size limit. For sure, Havasu is 10 per day without size limit,........... was just there a couple of weeks ago. Snagging striped bass is illegal but we can snag shad and use them as bait from Nov 1st to Mar 31st
