like i said these can be bought LIVE at your local asian supermarket. they sell them in 88 supermarket for $4.99 a pound each fish is about a pound and a half. bring a bucket if you want to take it home and put him in your tank. me? i rather steam it .yummmmmm!

I'm with you on this one, striped bass make the best hot n sour soup. maybe add some shrimp,............... a bottle of heini,................ dam! that'll hit the spot :drool:

alright but let me get back to you on that...let me write it down and I'll pm you. if you can't wait, google tum yum recipe and try that but just with stripers and like svang55 said... some shrimp. It almost similar to that but just some more ingredients to kick up a knotch.

svang55 might have something different for you.
