In my opinion, these crays breed as much as guppies. lol. The females will become berried every 2-3 weeks, and can between between 40-300+ babies each time.
The baby crays so far have been molting twice a week, and seem to be doubling their size about every 2 weeks. Marbled crayfish are considered young adults at only 1" long, and can actually become berried at this size. Personally, I haven't had any carry eggs at 1", but I do currently have a pregnant marbled cray that is pushing 1.25" in length.
Shipping would be in the largest usps box.
Putting insurance on the package is optional, but rec. in case usps looses the shipment.
