MEEPSTER, I would love to see that 12" bluegill you caught , nice fish. White striper , is that the same as a white perch or is that a striper land locked ?
It wasn't a white perch if thats what you were thinking. They weren't stripers either. I call them white stripers but they are white bass (It's morone chrysops. Morone americana is white perch)
I took pictures of the bluegill and the white bass after I caught them. I don't have pictures anymore.

I said that is was a wiper and some people said it was a striped bass variant but I found that it is white bass.
The bass wouldn't eat and died. I had the bluegill on earthworms.
