In the first photo I was able to fill the map up, but ran out when upgrading the units.

In the second I upgraded some first and used pluses up top, which were way more effective but cost alot more, so money became an issue.

the ground units are easy those air units are ridiculous. each plane could make it through if i left it be, you gotta EMP twice or nuke the mess out of it.
 
I have to admit I played this game in quickcash mode not default, and I guess I kinda had a lucky game cuz its my highscore by at least 10 waves and like 20000 points. But anyways, those damn planes finally got me again...
