Well I decided to bleach it. I know this may be overkill but I would rather air on the side of caution. It is better to overdo vs. underdo it. I put about a half gallon in there so that should kill anything overnight. I did it an hour ago so everything in there should be dead but I’ll leave it in overnight just in case. The temp has also been cranked up to 89. Hopefully this works as I plan on trying to make an order from Rapps tomorrow. I am going to drain all the water as well and put new in so that all the bleach is gone and add a bit of extra conditioner just in case. I am going to try to postpone delivery until Friday to give it time. I have extra media from another tank to use to seed and will put my plants back in to help. We’ll see.
