I've noticed something wrong on my severum & looks to me its fungus but still need some help to identify it...

Also need to know is it possible to cure this thing without medication ??

Please help outIMG_2010.JPG IMG_2012.JPG

I usually just add salt and bump up the temp between 85-90 degrees. Not sure of what it may be, I also would recommend Paraguard from Seachem. Good luck.

Seachem has a product called paraguard, It's a very gentle medication that should work.

Lots of water changes to keep nitrates as low as possible would be what I'd try first.

What are your readings in PPM for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?

It is very difficult to treat a fish without having a good idea of what you are dealing with. In some situations raising the temp is a bad idea and will speed up the growth of parasitic organisms. With ick this is desirable combined with a salt treatment but in the case of some bacteria you can worsen the condition. Other issues are viral and just have to run their course. I am far from an expert on fish illnesses, but if you can get some clearer images of the problem someone may be able to accurately diagnose the problem or at least narrow it down.

X2 on post up water parameters. If you have not tested recently I would definitely start there.

Water parameters
PH : 7
Ammonia & Nitrite : 0
Nitrate around 20 ppm

Seems water quality goes well & temp raised upto 86

But since last night now she is staying nearby surface area...

Really can not understand what's this thing as per me now its not fungus that's something else...please help out to identify....

I noticed in both your photos the fish has its mouth open, and is now hanging at the surface. Does the fish seem to be having trouble breathing?
