I have a group of L397 plecos. A few of them have small fungus growth on fins. I raised the temperature to 86 and dosed salt 1 Tablespoon for 3 gallons.
My question should I quarantine the plecos showing signs of fungus or treat the whole tank? How contagious is it?

No need to qt if it’s just primary fungus. Don’t believe it’s contagious but sick fish are susceptible. Certain fungus will grow in higher temps so caution with bump in heat.

It doesn't look like fungus to me, but a more focused shot on the area would help.
If it is, it would be cottony, and that's hard to see in the pic, even when edited.
Since many fish infections look very similar...

From the pic above, it looks like it could be anything from Lymphocystis (viral, no reliable treatment) to columnaris (bacterial needing an antibiotic with gram negative applications)

Thanks for your message bro!
They seem to be more cysts looking than cotton looking. I'll try and get some better pics.
I'm thinking I might rehome the 3 plecos showing these issues if they don't get better soon.
