Have you tested your water?
No
If I did not test my water...
  1. ...I recognize that I will likely be asked to do a test, and that water tests are critical for solving freshwater health problems.
Do you do water changes?
Yes

So I'm a beginner here,I'm just asking why a fungus always get my fish dead,I want to know the cause of fish fungus

Fungus is caused a bacterial infection, specifically caused by gram negative bacteria. Causes are generally poor fish keeping which include and are not limited to or maybe a combination thereof:
  • lack of water changes
  • overcrowded tank
  • overfeeding
  • improper stocking of aggressive/territorial fish
  • parasitic infection
  • stress due to the above
  • not having a quarantine tank

Overall, the fishkeeper makes a mistake

You must test your water especially being a beginner fish keeper. Also the test will let you know if aquarium is fully cycled or if parameters are off such as Ammonia, Nitrite, PH, and Nitrate. Agree with above.
