Not much to else to add. But fungus is likely the secondary infection. Your fish likely with a bacterial/viral infection/badly stressed. Keep your water clean as rocksor mentioned. Make sure you keep your fish in water to what your fish needs. If your fish lives in soft water and risk of disease then try to provide it etc etc.
