Yeah I considered both of those and brought them up to my dad. I actually had a rainbow once that was a little bully, and he wants a pretty peaceful tank so I think I'll stay clear the larger guys (by larger I mean anything over 2" SL haha). The tank is only 18x18 footprint and will be very heavily planted.

I'd say a pair of kribensis, but they might get a little bullyish with the tetra's come breeding time. Maybe a lone male krib, I'm not sure how aggressive they get as a single fish.
