so the other day, a customer walked up to me and said, "do ya'll have any full-bred koi?" . . . .



the first thing that came to mind was "are you kidding me?" man, people are wild.

i had a customer coming in looking for a fish once...he didnt know what kind it was though. So i asked him "do you have a freshwater, or saltwater fishtank?" and his reply was "I dont know"...it took all my might not to smack that man... ive dealt with more people like that then i like to admit....
