Its unusual to see a second bacterial bloom unles there is a huge spike in Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD).
Your tank is cycling. You chose to cycle live so what you're most likely smelling is the unused waste from your fish. The filters will soon catch up to the level of waste being produced as your 'BB' continues to grow. In the mean time daily W/C's w/ dechlorinator (rec. PRIME) & continued monitoring of ammonia, then nitrite levels is essential till the cycle is complete. (nitrate will come later). The last & probably most important thing I can add is PATIENCE. It's gonna take a minute & can't be rushed.
