Very underrated snakes in my opinion. I have kept Scrubs for that last 12 years off and on. The Australian Scrub would be potentially the 4th largest constrictor. Just make sure when you do get your little guy to treat him or her with respect. They are easily conditioned to interact with you in a positive or negative manner. Once you lose their trust and they see you as a threat you'll have your hands full! I just got rid of a large female Barneck. Probably to the gentleman that you are getting yours from. Simply because she was hell on wheels to deal with. She was wild caught and even raising her from a itty bitty baby never helped her lose her drive to kill me as an adult snake. On the other hand I have a pair of Biak Scrubs. These being the second largest in the Amethystine complex that are completely trustworthy within reason. I have raised them from 2 footers and have never had an issue. They are now 11 and 14 feet and have never showed signs of aggression or defensive behavior. Their feeding response is second to none and should always be respected. Good luck and congrats!
