Got it fixed, thanks for all the help from everyone. hopefully it wont be such a pain afer all that work from the past few days
Well, i have np idea what the exact problem was. I just took it out took everything apart, including the impeller and recleaned everything. then i put all back together hooked it back up and it started. So basically i covered every step possible
