FX5 help!

I moved my FX5, and now it's not restarting! What happened, and more importantly, how can I get it going again?!? No water got into the electric parts. Is it because I tilted it? This is the second time this happens to me!

make sure the impeller housing is clean.

i would take apart the pump housing. give the impeller a few turns to make sure it isnt stuck. this can happen a lot with those magnet driven pumps...

also, after taking apart the pump, plug it in to see if you can hear anything. if not, it could be dead

When the impeller is dirty, it has a hard time starting...Clean it up, and you will be good to go.

I clean mine about every other filter cleaning. You know you can plug it in to test it while the motor is taken off....the impeller will spin regardless.
