do you have the blue polishing pad in your fx5 if so remove it,(gets clogged really fast and causee microbubbles)
or check and make sure all your hoses and lid is on poperly, might be getting air some where.
hope that helps

I only have the square pads and bio max in there
Hoses are good i think it was because i poured multiple 10 gallon buckets near the intake
I actually just unplugged it and plugged it back in hoping it will push the bubbles out like when you first set it up.. And thank you for your info!!

Purge the system of and air in it. Make sure no loops in the hoses or low high spots they should go strait up to the intake and output. And the blue pads don't cause bubbles. Lol. Myth

Really? When the pads get clogged they do cause micro bubbles, it happened to my fx5 a few times, everytime I removed them they were gone and I have been in dozens of threads of the same result. Dirty polishing pads infact cause micro bubbles.

Op ur fx5 purges every 24 hours, just unplug it let it sit 5 min.

When my FX5 starts pushing micro bubbles, I spray out the foam with a hose to get all the poo and whatnot out of it. I then GENTLY rinse the media in the trays to remove any loose gunk that may be there. When I start it back up after this, the bubbles are always gone.

+1 it applys for most media, regular maintenance will reduce the chances.
