FX5 problem

ok i rang hagen uk and i have to say so far i am very impressed with the service.
i explained to the customer services what was wrong and what i had done which ruled out all other diagnosis.
they advised they will send me a full pump unit out in first class post and i should get it tomorrow or the day after.
i do realise things go wrong an break as i deal with this in my own job and as i stated above i like too get good customer service with no hasle and so far have recd this.
once i have the pump i will let them know this too by email.

well the full brand new pump arrived today totally free and is now fitted and working.
i am very pleased with the service rec'd from fluval.
 
You mean it is NOW fitted and working? LOL

i still have it along with a now spare impeller although the main pump is pretty useless now as its broke but the impeller may come in handy one day.
