FX5 used for Saltwater how to clean for fresh????????????????

I bought my 240 used. It was salt water and came with two canisters. I just rinsed them, filled the tank with water, added 12 gold fish, and started them up.
That was a little over 2 years ago. No issues.

I would just clean with water and wipe down. Going from salt to fresh isnt as big a deal as the fresh to salt IMHO. If need being run some 50/50 vinegar.
