FX5 Video of Flow

I thought that in the beginning when I got mine, I was like WTF!!! but that is way it goes..I have 2 runnning on my300 as we speak...Great filter....
 
threw it on my new 90 and it cleared the tank up and looks great within two hours of running. what a great filter.
 
So many people talk down on these filters, but I have one and I'm with you guys ,I love this filter. It's just like chevy or ford, some people have better "luck" with one or the other. :naughty:
 
I did a water change and the water level went past both of my outputs on both of mine..the water moves allot, more then u would think it would..I love my fx-5's
 
I wonder how far it could shoot water, if you used it like a hose?

it shoots out about almost 2 feet....It is rated at 10 feet of head height..sp by the time mine goes out of filter and travel out along the tube, it still can shoot almost 2 feet..


even on my mag 18 that does 1800 GPH you cant really see the water movement..

thanks for the find. i guess the fx5 really doesnt have to blast out a ton to show its output power.

sabatoge, try filming your while you do a water change and let hte water level get below the outlet. THanks
