FX6 on 40 breeder?

I would look into making a spray bar for the fx 6. As for fish, a red wolf would fit nice there.

With all due respect, no need to re-invent the wheel. Just turn down the out flow with the valves. That's "part" of what they are there for(I restrict flow on all of my over sized canisters on smaller tanks where necessary with smaller fish). Just be sure not to turn it down nore than 20-30 percent though, and DO NOT restrict flow on the intake, as that WILL DEFINITELY CAUSE CAVITATION AND PUMP DAMAGE....

The spraybar would be at home on the 125 once its setup aswell, they are cheap and easy enough to fabricate.

I'm always hesitatant to throttle back or restrict pumps.
