TOKYO (Nov. 14) - Sony's PlayStation 3 game console, which went on sale in Japan over the weekend leading off a global launch, can't play some of the older games for the original PlayStation and the upgrade PlayStation 2, a company official said Tuesday.
by the way Screw em all Nintendo Wii , Xbox 360, and PS3 , im still all about Sega Genesis!! i got like 100 games...
G4 Tech TV says: about 200 of the old games wont work properly.
The motion sensing they copied last minute into their controllers isn't sensitive enough and is ****. the games they promised aren't coming out, like metal gear and killzone. there isn't one game thats worth buying at the launch.
No game they are releasing is worth $600 dollars.
Xbox isn't even included in the console wars, the 360 is what the old xbox should have been, Microsoft will be somewhere around ps3 level when the new gen of consoles come out.
The wii, not as strong of a processor and what not, but its got lots of games worth buying.
Twighlight princess : Zelda, will probably be the best game released ever/ most anticipated. it comes with so much, like games, controllers, everything you need, has online etc, just like everything else, is new and will be kick ass to play.
Its all about the games, you can have a kick ass processor and whatnot, what good is it if your not going to use it.

Doesn't surprise me. They want you to buy new games and of course the Blue Ray. It's their thing so they're trying to force it down our throats. I hope Blue Ray doesn't make it. DVD are just fine the way they are.
