Please let me know I wanna get some of the nitrate remover for my 405 made by fluval similar stuff.

Also what size tank is it ? Is it the only filter ?

TC, Idk about G series nitrate carterege but I did use the lab series nitrate remover and it worked very well, downside is that its quite expensive so I only used 1 jar of the stuff. I would suggest a big fat WC's before hand to prolong the life of the stuff but it dose work.

The tank is a 120g. The G6 is the second filter on the tank. I'm not sure yet whether I'm going to leave the old HOB on there or not. It appears to me that the G6 has not fully seeded yet. Caught a low-grade nitrite spike last night but never saw the ammonia spike. Hmmm, I guess I'm going through a mini-cycle.
