Just the first few ingredients make me shudder. Wheat, soybeans, chicken? Maybe if those SA cichlids had a predominantly herbivorous diet, and even then, it would be a poor replacement. Feather meal? I know that large SA fish like arapaima and arowana eat birds on occasion, but that's still not good. Can you imagine a convict or firemouth eating a parakeet? Neither can I. So why would you feed bird/feather byproduct to your SA's? Typically, the higher percentage of the ingredient, the higher it is on the ingredient list. The fact that fish meal or something aquatic based is not first or second on the list, notes that it isn't used as much as feather meal.
