you can get a plastic stock tank like me and keep some of those Florida gar that available from time to time at the DNA or the fish gallery!
I need to get some of the palmas polli at the fish gallery, so I might pick one up then. Also, what do you mean by plastic stock tank?

just get a tank that's at least 4 feet long (A longer is better) and 24 inches wide. A florda gar would be good.

those water trout that they use at farm. Go to tractor supply(if there is one near you), they normally have those 300G Rubbermaid water trout or sometime they do have the 700 blue water trout.
BTW if your tank s 5'X18'' the it would be ok for quite a while!
