Gar help

I hope to add a gar to my 100"x30"x30" aquarium.
Can anyone reccomend the most suitable and placid gar that i can keep as it will be going in with other large fish and a couple of MM's

If anyone has one for sale i would be interested (UK)

try a florida. dosnt get too big and looks good. some are calm but not all, so youll just have to try and hope for the best

Ok ill try to see if i can get one from someone that has had it with fish allready.

florida/spotted gar, tropical gar, although trops can get as large as cubans in large enough tanks. look at infblue's tropical gars in roughly the same sized tank as mine, they're more or less 23-24inches per pc.

i havent yet seen a case in which this combo has not worked, provided all the fish are around the same sizes.
