People are rediculous when pricing their fish. When i was buying my shortnose and one of my floridas from the guy selling them he was telling me how they were really worth close to $100 each. I just smiled and tried to not kick him in the face (idiots irritate me to no end). Anyway...if they dont take $45 for a florida gar they are out of their minds.

$45 is probably the most I'm gonna offer her.

If the fish is what you want, you like it, and like that one... then pay whatever limit you would want to set. Whatever that price is is good.

Wish to wait and shop around for just any fish it is often easy enough to find one for pretty close to free....

If she doesnt take that offer, I'd let it go. Florida's are fairly easy to come buy if you look around enough. If it's worth it to you, then spend the money, but I've never seen a Florida for more than $40 around here, and thats for a 16-17" one.

If she doesn't take the $45, I'm just gonna look around. If I wait long enough, I'm sure I could find a bigger one eventually.

I have a 16" Florida that i am giving away...the only problem is that i'm in Ohio and the shipping is probably more than the $45 you are looking to spend. If you are ever out this way or want to pay for shipping...consider it yours.
