Thats my assumption also, But you know me Sol, I'm always looking for interesting traits and odder variations on a theme in Longnosed..Their variability is really quite amazing.

How big are these gar Nick?

haha, definitely know where you're coming from on that. i like those orange-ish longnoses, but i gotta say that green one you guys found out in the field is one of my all-time favorite L.osseus specimens!--
