Considering no one can tell them apart, and the fact that when a store is selling "spotted gars" they are almost always florida gars, I would assume that they are the same price.
True spotted gars tend to command a higher price (not always significantly higher though) than Florida gars because of the spotted gar's rarity in the fish trade despite the fact that they are the more common of the two species in the wild; the common occurrence of Florida gars mislabeled as "spotted gars" only serves to elevate the price on a verified true spotted gar. It doesn't really make too much sense, but that's how it has been for a while now; people are willing to pay more for a gar that they know is actually a true spotted gar rather than a mislabeled Florida gar. It's all just a case of the market putting a higher value on something because of the guarantee that it's authentic rather than something that's been mislabeled.

longnose gar 30 us dollar { 20 cm }
alligator gar 2 us dollar { 15 cm }
florida gar 1 us dollar { 15 cm}
no one ever keep shortnose or sell here,and true spotted gar i guess is rare too...

Spotted gars are illegal to keep in some states in the U.S.; it may be illegal in other countries, too, if all gars are banned there.
Those prices that you listed for the Cuban gars and tropical gars aren't far off for the most recent prices here in the U.S.; longnose gars pop for sale every now and then around the price that you mentioned. Alligator gars and Florida gars definitely are way cheaper where you are.
They're pretty tough to come by here, too, although they're not impossible to acquire. I haven't found any for sale in quite some time, so I'm not 100% sure on the average price.
