Just a couple random shots of my Florida. Love this guy! He's a bit of a softie though and gets pushed around all day by my polleni that's about 1/4 his size. He loves shrimp tails though. Was super skinny when I got him but bulked up quick. I'm trying to get some videos from this feeding uploaded and will add those later

Is that a bluegill and a smallmouth I see in there?
I see you have a lima and a pbass, so I guess this tank is just growout?

Thanks! For now this is the main tank until Im done with nursing school at which point I'll finish building a larger plywood and steel tank that's currently a pile of supplies in the garage and a blueprint on my computer lol. There is a bluegill and a smallmouth in there for now. They will be moved into a turtle pond when they outgrow this tank with some catfish and larger sunfish. No pbass in this tank. After the larger tank is finished I'd love to try my hand with them though.

J J. H. I don't have any pictures of the flounder since the tank was rescaped but here's some from before the change up. It's a pretty cool fish. I really wish they were easier for people to find. So many places bring in the brackish hogchokers but these true freshwater species are hard to find

He's seriously the biggest wimp of a monster fish I've ever owned last night I dropped in a fairly large raw market shrimp for him and he got it stolen out of his mouth by a ropefish. Trying to get him to start taking shrimp off a set of tongs so hopefully the others won't steal it from his as quickly

Aww. Are gars typically aggressive? I don't know a lot about gars at the moment. Also does yours have a name? Where did you get the flounder from? It's sweet!
